Help your team make practical use of AI.
We run practical workshops in Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft 365 Copilot. We agree which platform to use, then check the licences, account access and features needed before the session. In the workshop, we use three practical examples and paired exercises to help your team delegate work to AI. They try a job of their own, with support to brief it, check the output and improve the result.
From £2,000 + VAT.
A 2.5-hour workshop for up to 10 people.
Online or face-to-face.
Travel is charged separately for in-person sessions.
We agree the final price and preparation before you book.
Based near Stratford-upon-Avon, we work with teams across Warwickshire, including Warwick and Leamington Spa, and online.
Learn how to give AI a job, then try it.
Examples and paired practice run throughout the session. People try the approach with a job of their own, discuss what comes back and give AI more useful instructions.
We agree whether to use Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft 365 Copilot, and check the team’s experience, licences, account access and approved tools before the session.
Give a clear brief
Set out the task, its background and what a useful result should include.
Provide the right material
Choose the examples and information AI can use, and be clear about anything it should leave out.
Check assumptions and gaps
Look for errors, missing context and information the AI needs rather than accepting the first output.
Know when to step in
Decide what AI can draft and what still needs your judgement or approval.
Leave with work you can build on.
Your team keeps the outputs from their practice, the worksheets and a delegation sheet for briefing AI on another job.
The workshop focuses on learning and practice. If you would rather have us build a particular assistant with you, AI Quick Start is the better route.
- Three worked examples with explanations
- Paired practice with time for questions
- Your practice outputs and workshop worksheets
- A reusable delegation sheet
What people make of the session.
The Dogs for Good workshop explored the AI people were already using and the work it could help with.
Read the workshop articleDan delivered a brilliant session for the Dogs for Good team on the use of AI. I don’t think there was a single person who didn’t walk away feeling inspired. Dan’s presentation style was friendly, personable and pitched at exactly the right level for our team.
Questions before you book
Is this for beginners?
It can be. We check the starting point and plan around the people taking part.
Do you cover Microsoft 365 Copilot?
Yes. We train teams in Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft 365 Copilot. We choose one platform for the session. What is possible depends on the licences you already have, Copilot most of all, so we check licences, account access and the features needed on the intro call before planning the session.
What do people need to bring?
A laptop and an appropriate example to work on. We confirm the tools, account access and preparation in advance. Fictional practice packs are provided if your own material cannot be used. Do not bring confidential information unless its use has been agreed.
Can you run it online?
Yes. The workshop can run online or face-to-face. Travel is charged separately for in-person sessions.
What does it cost?
From £2,000 + VAT for a 2.5-hour workshop for up to 10 people. We confirm the final price and preparation before you book. Travel for in-person delivery is additional.
What if we have a larger team?
Tell us how many people you want to include. We’ll agree a suitable format and quote rather than put too many people into the same workshop.
